What if I don’t like my order? If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Because our prints are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
What is your return/exchange policy? We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or color preference. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos, and we’ll make it right promptly.
Can I see a proof before shipping?
Because all of our art is printed on demand, we don’t send individual proofs. Product images and descriptions are an accurate representation of what you’ll receive.

How long will it take to get my order?

Prints: Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:
U.S. & Europe: 3–7 business days
Other regions: 7–15 business days

Original artworks: Please allow 5–7 business days for safe packaging and handling before shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We can ship prints worldwide. Original artworks are shipped directly from our studio and are currently available only within the USA at this time.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production (prints) or hasn’t been shipped yet (originals), we can update your address. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, Teahouse is no longer responsible for any loss, or delays that may occur in transit. Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the buyer at the time of shipment. Any claims for items lost during shipping should be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Prints are carefully packaged in protective materials and sturdy mailing tubes or boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Do your prints come framed?
 Our prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that best fits your space. In the future, we may offer framed options.
What printing process do you use?
Our artwork is produced using a high-quality inkjet printing process that delivers vibrant color, crisp detail, and a clean, modern finish. This method ensures each print remains rich, sharp, and true to the original artwork.
What is the paper quality?
All prints are created on museum-quality, acid-free matte archival paper. It’s thick, smooth, and designed to maintain color and clarity over time—giving you a professional fine-art look that lasts.

Are the originals available for purchase?
Yes! Alongside prints, we offer a curated selection of one-of-a-kind original artworks. These are hand-created, signed, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
How are originals packaged?
Original pieces are carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped in reinforced boxes to ensure safe arrival.
Do originals come framed?
No, we do not frame original artworks. Each canvas is shipped unframed, but they can easily be framed by the buyer to match their space and style.
Can I return an original artwork?
Originals are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work with you on a resolution.
